Consuming web services

Hi,

My client is using ms-access in his laptop to store offline data.
But wants to use Ms-Access as front end application to consume and use WEB SERVICES to update the SQL Service database (in another place) thru web.

Is it possible to connect ms-access (IDE) to consume web service?

Note: He don't want to go for VB.NET, ASP.NET or any other UI.

Thanks & Regards
- Sanrajesh
