Application Title is not saved

I have a .mdb that I did not write. I open the app and change the
Application Title in the Startup dialog box. The bar at the top
changes to what I want typed in. I close the app. When I open it
again, the Application Title has reverted to what it was before. This
does not happen when I hold the Shift key down, hence bypassing the
Startup running. There is no Autoexec macro in the app.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a form designated in Startup options to automatically open? If so
it could be executing code to change the App title. If holding shift down
prevents it, then that just about has to be it.
