Access97 RTF vs AccessXP RTF output

Hi All,
In one of my Access97 db applications I created a report which I
output to a RichTextFormat file attach it to an Email and send it out,
that has worked just fine for a couple of years now.
My company is in the midst of migrating to AccessXP. I loaded my
Access97 application in AccessXP and converted it. The user who
generates the report now has AccessXP and when she runs the process
the format of the outputted RTF is messed up; information in the
columns is cut off,
example; product name gets cut off or entire column of info is not
there but column title is or column data is skewed to the left or
right, etc.....

yet in Access97 it formats just fine as it always did. And, this is
happening for all of our 'converted to AccessXP' users. None of thier
RTF reports are printing out correctly.

Anyone know of any issues/bugs with creating RTF reports in
AccessXP????
Anyone have an idea of what might be going on?
thanks
bobh.
