Security again.....Sorry

All,
I know this topic has been covered many times, but this particlar
question is of a subject which I am just learning (VB). Once I have
established what is possible, the individual will be approached and possibly
disciplined but I wanted to get the lowdown first.

Background:

FE/BE on LAN. XP platform with office XP.
I am using Access security (for group permissions e.g. no read on any of the
tables)
All inserting/updating/deleting is done with stored queries running with
owner access option
The shift key has been disabled.
Option has been set so that only the workgroup administrator can create new
databases using this mdw
All options in the start menu have been disabled
I have created my own security so permissions to do certain things are set
to the individual user which was unpractical with Access security due to the
large amount of users.
Password has been set on all VB code

Question:
I am aware that if someone is determined enough, all these steps taken to
secure the database will not stop them. However, I have been informed that
another user has used their own code to enable the shift key at startup. Is
this possible or is someone pulling my chain? I thought that it was not
possible to create your own code in the database with all this security?

Is this something I will have to put up with or are there any more steps
that can be taken to secure the code?

Hi Mark,

There is a utility freely available which will enable/disable the shift key
(I got mine from Albert Kallal), but AIUI it would need to be opened within
the relevant workgroup for your secure app in order for it to work.
