Update Query: Getting a Count From a Related Table???

Hello,

I'm trying to update the value of a field which is equal to the count
of the number of related records in a related table. So far, my SQL
statement looks like this:

UPDATE PullBoxes INNER JOIN tblConduitData ON PullBoxes.EntityId =
tblConduitData.EntityID SET PullBoxes.Conduit_Count =
Count([tblConduitData]![EntityID]);

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
