Hide Record

Is there a way to hide some records from being displayed in a report? Or must
some filtering be applied and then save the filtered database as a new
database? Thank you.

Filtering, there must be some criteria you have to hide the record, just
use the inverse of that criteria to select the records for the report.
No need to save any new databases, filtering takes place at runtime.

You can also base the report on a query and set the criteria to exlude
whatever you don't want to print on the report.

I already have a report designed under Reports. When I use filtering in Forms
or Tables, I see no way to select that filtered list when I am in Reports, and
there appears no way to do the filtering when I am in Reports. Thanks.

Help: OpenReport

The "Where condition" parameter can be set to a form's filter property.
