sub-form: 3246 Operation not supported in transactions

Hi!
I use Windows XP and Access 2002 (XP) SP2 (not SP3)
My company has not upgraded to SP3.

My problem:
-I have a form "F_BOMs"
-in this form, i have a sub form called "SF_BOMs"
-the sub-form is based on a querry which use 2 tables linked by a
primary key.
-the form and the sub-form use the parent property of the subform to
be linked. "BOMsID" is the link between the table of the form and the
querry of the subform.

In access 97, no problem. Run 2 years with 15 users.
Since I have upgraded to 2002, I have an error message in some cases:
- I Paste data lines from Excel
- I go to the next record of the form: no problem
- I go back and I delete lines
- I go to the next record of the form: no problem
- I go back and Paste data lines from Excel
- I go to the next record of the form: I have an error message (4
times)
3246 Operation not supported in transactions

The last pasted record are not in the tables and I must close the form
and re-open it to stop having this message when I try to move to the
next form record.

Does anyone has transaction error using simple forms and sub-forms?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
I have tried to find the problem during more than 15 hours with no
success.
Please help me.....

No help?
I have discovered something more:
If my sub-form is openned with a defaultview set to datasheet, no
problem, I can copy and paste all I want.
But, after, if I change the display to form view and re-change to
datasheet view
(by using contextual (=right click) menu)
I try again to copy and paste : no problem
And then I try to go to the next record in my main form...Patatrac...
"3246 Operation not supported in transactions"
Records are not added to the table.

Any ideas? known bug?
