lebans report utilities question

I am Trying report utilities in access 2002.
When I try to export a report,it makes a file:C:\snpxxx.tmp
and then it opens word.
But that'all.
What happens?

I will need more info.
Have you downloaded, set a Reference to, and are using the A2K2 version
of the ReportSpecs.MDE?
Does the sample Form work properly?
Do you have a Printer set as Default on your computer?

Yes I have downloaded,set reference to and use the A2K2 version...
The Form work properly without error.
Yes I have a printer set as Default on My computer.
System: NT 4, access and word 2002.

So my sample Form works properly, exporting the Report to MS Word?
The issue then is with your implementation within your own MDB?

I'm sorry but we are obviously have a language translation issue here.
