What is the "StateChanged" event

Hi everyone

Access 2000

I am trying to reproduce the example on Microsofts website
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=209917

Halfway down the page there is example 2. which says:
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""" """""""""
Type or paste the following procedures for
The form's Load event,
The Click event of the command button
The StateChanged event of the Internet transfer control (Huh)
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""" """""""""

In the MNIT.ocx file (Microsoft Internet Transfer Control 6)
Properties >> event, the are just the events:
1. On updated
2. On Enter
3. On Exit
4. On Got Focus
5. On Lost Focus

But NO StateChanged event.

Is it me or is Microsoft wrong.

If Microsoft is wrong. Does anyone know of a way to:

1. Send a text file (which is on my system files) to a webserver from
within an Access form.

2. And then retrieve a text file from the server back to my File
system.

Thanks in Advance
