I have an Access 2K application with a front end compiled as an MDE
file and a backend MDB file. One form uses a toolbar, with some drop
down menu items, which is anchored to the top of the window.
On a few occasions, when I have installed this on site, one and
sometimes 2 of the drop down menus has strange items on it that do not
relate to my program. The user clicks the toolbar to open the pull
down and the pull down list has one and occasionally 2 odd items. The
other pull down menus are fine. This is computer specific and on the
same site 20 other computers do not have a problem.
Previously I associated this with Bluetooth since it was the only
thing different between a problem computer and the others and
unistalling bluetooth seemed to work.
However, I now have the same problem on a site where 25 computers do
not have a problem but one does but it does not have Bluetooth
installed.
I would be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem and
if there is a fix for it.
Thanks.
Alex
