linking Access to internet databases

Is it possible to link Access tables to internet databases such as, for
example the International Labour Organization (ILO) Database? There are
a set of ILO tables from which I use the data regularly, and it would be
great if there was a live link (automatic update) to a table in Access.
I would appreciate any ideas on the best way to do this.

Thanks.
