Filling the From Field in an Automated Outlook Message

P: n/a
Is there any way to set the From field in an Outlook message? I have the email sent via VB code with no problem but I want to have a different email address put in the From field. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you are using OutputTo, no.
If you're automating Outlook, perhaps.

I think you can if you log into a specific profile in your MAPI
session or whatever. Also, I think CDOSys or CDONTS allows you to do
this. It's been a *LONG* time since I played with that, but IIRC, you
can do that with CDONTS. You'll need to check the MS site, because
they may have issued a new version of it.
