decimal numer denied

I have a certain problem with Access2000.
In some textboxes I am only able to write integer number, so I cannot write
for example 1.5 and it only accepts 2.
What should I do to solve this problem?
Thank you.

Change the Field's Field Size property from Integer or Long Integer to
Single, Double, or change the Field's Datatype to Currency.
