Centering text in a Table

Is it possible to center text/data in a table in Microsoft Access. Or
justify it in any way?

Access tables are intended for data storage, not for flexible formatting.
The expectation is that the user will interact with the data through forms,
which allow you to justify data in a textbox left, right or center - and
many more formatting options.
