I'm working on a subreport which could be compared to the
northwind.mdb sales number (the one with the subreport and the graph).
I'd like to put a chart next to my subreport, just like in Northwind.
It previews the chart but the numbers aren't right.It counts my input
numbers from the table, but that's not what Access's suppose to do. It
only has to preview the numbers which I've put in the subreport. But
why doesn't my Access do the same, just like in Northwind? Why does it
automatically count? Why do you have to choose for sum or whatsoever
besides count? Why cant you just leave it blank?
There's something else. The date in my chart just isn't right. It
gives something like: aug, feb, jan (chronological)
This is because I've given the month a period_id (number). How do I
still get it right, according to the view of the chart (date beneath:
march 04 etc, the input numbers on the left)without messing up my
tables?
