Phone Number Format on Data Access Page

Using Access 2003.

Linked table from SQL Server has phone as 1234567890. Query has phone
formatted as (@@@) @@@-@@@@, displaying [phone]. Data access
page is based on the query. Phone field has (@@@) @@@-@@@@ format. It
is displaying as 1234567890.

How do I get [phone] display?

Try applying a format to the textbox on the form.

Thanks for the quick reply, Doug. I'm not using a form but a data
access page and have entered "(@@@) @@@-@@@@ in the format property for
the phone field on the page but it doesn't seem to work.
