Access Forms - Repeat A Record

I am looking have a record repeat itself in a report based on a value
in the table. I want to print one label for every item I have in
inventory (QtyOnHand).

Although designed for packing labels, iIf you want a label for each item in
the quantity, it should do the same thing.
