Access 2002 SP-3 breaking Text Import wizard?

Has anyone had this problem where using the Text Import Wizard in
Access 2002 Service Pack 3 does not allow you to change the field
names for any field except the first one? If so, is there a possible
fix? On machines with SP2, it seems to work fine. Same data/database.

Hi.

You'll need the hot fix to correct the bug in the Import Text Wizard
introduced by Office XP SP-3 if you want to change column headers. Please
