Packaging Wizard

I have a program that I would like to disperse. I have passwords setup
and have a mdw file. I can not figure out how to put the file onto a CD.
The packaging wizard does not recognize my program as a database as it
is locked out with the mdw. Do you have any suggestions on how to
package and disperse the program that has security?

thank you,
Brenda
