Repeated and missing rows

SQL Server 2000/Access 2000 linked tables PK = FLOOR/DESK NO/TYPE

A User has complained about seeing data below simply by scrolling
through the attached table, the data is there when you look at the
table using Query Analyser...... any idea's ?

Example of repeated and missing rows - 109 - 112 are missing, whilst
113-116 are repeated. Happy to show Tony but I haven't experience
rows shifting before my eyes recently!!

First thing I would do, just in case is to ensure that all current Service
Packs have been applied to Access and to the Jet database engine on that
machine. I don't specifically recall such a problem and fix, but there have
been many fixes, depending on the version of Access.

This kind of phenomenon can happen with some combinations of hardware, video
cards, and display drivers. It can be worse when there is a shortage of
available memory (many programs active or some program not returning system
memory as it should) and/or processor speed. So, second thing I'd do would
be to visit the website of the company making the video cards and see if
there is a newer driver.

Third, I'd examine the same application and data on a newer, faster machine
that works well with other Access applications.
