Controlling Form Size

Hello,
I have a form called frmRCMain that maximizes when it opens upon click
of a button. frmRCMain contains a button that opens a smaller form
called frmTeacherHistory. I want frmTeacherHistory to open in the
foreground in a much smaller size that the maximized frmRCMain.

However, I find that frmTeacherHistory will open and maximize unless I
try to use the open or load event of frmTeacherHistory with something
like 'DoCmd.Restore'. Then if I use 'restore', frmRCMain also goes to
its restore size and this is not what I want.

How can I control the size of frmTeacherHistory independently of
frmRCMain?

Thank you for your help!

For the forms you don't want maximized, set their popup and modal
properties and (perhaps) set the border to dialog.
