Does this only happen temporarily, i.e. when one user deletes a record,
another sees #Deleted, but it's fine later? If so, it's nothing to worry
about.
However, if the #Deleted always shows up in the same form, and in the same
records, it can indicate a corruption. To remove the corruption, see the 3rd
symptom in this article:
Recovering from Corruption

I have an odd problem with my database, and was hoping someone could
point me at the problem.
We have an access database that is used by several people to input
data. Users have reported some of the records in their forms
(Datasheet view) are showing up as "#Deleted", though no one should be
deleting records from here. Further, the messages show up only on
certain users' screens.
Is this a result of corruption from having multiple people in it at a
time (I know, I know, but these things happen), or is someone deleting
records on us? Or could it be something different entirely?
Any advice to solve this one would be greatly appreciated.
