Runtime Installation Question

P: n/a
G'day

Today my first attempt at installing an application that was prepared using
the Access 2003 Package Wizard of the MS Developer Extensions failed.

How can I determine whether the runtime engine has been installed despite
the overall installation being unsuccessful?

I expect it creates a file that can be searched for if one knows the file
name.

Thanks for any help

The filename is usually msaccess.exe and is found in "c:\program
files\common files\microsoft shared\...something" or thereabouts.
