DATES

Hello.

I have a form with four fields; Year, Month, FirstDay, LastDay.

the form is used to get the first and last day of on month using the fields
"Year" and "Month" to display the dates I want.

so far I have achieved so, but on a dd/mm/yyyy format.

What I'm looking for is, for example;

First Day = Monday
Last Day = Friday.

I have tried changing the format of the two fields to "dddd" and I does show
the days, but I need them to display the days as TEXT not as a dd/mm/yyyy.

If someone understand what I am trying to say and knows how to solve my
problem and is willing to share the solution, please let me know, I would
really appreciate it.

I don't understand what you mean by "display the days as TEXT". If you've
set the format as dddd, isn't it displaying them as text?

Format(DateSerial(Me.Year, Me.Month, 1), "dddd") and
Format(DateSerial(Me.Year, Me.Month + 1, 0), "dddd") may be what you're
looking for.

BTW, I'd suggest renaming your Year and Month fields: those are reserved
words in Access. Using reserved words can lead to all sorts of problems.
