Date problem

How come when i type in date : 30/12/03 it will change to 12/03/3 ? i
use short date type and input mask 00/00/00;0;_ . Pls help. Thanks.

Any time you used the *named* formats (Short, Long, General, Currency, etc.),
the result is determined by the Windows regional settings in Control Panel. If
you want a format that does not depend on these settings then use an explicit
format string like "dd/mm/yy".

That would work if you were entering/viewing data directly in the table.
If you want the format on your form then you need to put the property in
that control as well.
