Shrink Field

I am trying to make addresses print on a report. I have two fields
for the street address, how do I make the second field not leave an
empty space on the report? I want the city, state, zip to print right
under the first address field if the second address field is null.

Thanks.

Karen,

Set the Can Shrink property of Address2 to Yes. You can't have anything to
the right of Address2 for this to work.

Hi Karen,

Open the report in design mode. Right click on that second field to open
the properties window and set "Can Shrink" = Yes.

Concatenate the street addresses w/ the City, State, Zip fields.
