5-Star Collector Error

I have a copy of 5-Star Collector, version 1.0, 2001, which I
purchased off of Ebay. I am not able to save pictures in this
program. This program runs on top of Access 97 Runtime, file version
8.0.5903, created 2/15/2003, 2.89MB. When I try to add an image I get
the following error message:
'Compile error in hidden module: clsOpenSaveAPI' Then this message
appears next: 'Execution of this application has stopped due to a
run-time error.'
I am using Windows XP Home Edition.

The 5-StarCollector.com website no longer exists. I have seen Google
postings indicating that others have this program and it runs fine. I
would really like to use this program the way it was designed to be
used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try Googling on the error message. I've heard of this before with the
runtime, but don't know the details or fix or workaround.

If you got an Access MDE running with the runtime, chances are very low that
you can make any useful modifications to the database application. If it is
an Access MDB, then you may have a chance.
