Open Word from an icon on the Access toolbar?

I need to open Word from my Access application. I would like to do without
minizing Access to open word from the desktop if
possible.

A client of mine has a double monitor that works just fine. It's not
the solution you want, but its one that works.

Install the Microsoft Office Toolbar and eliminate all options other
than Word. It will always be visible.
