Retrieve Highlighted Records in VB?

Hi,
I'm using Access 2000, and I would like to do the following:

I have a form with a subform. On the subform, the user may highlight
a number of records. I would like the form to get the selections made
by the user from within VB. Can this be done and if so how?
Thanks.
