I Cannot Copy Records

HB2
I use to be able to highlight several records in a table, copy them
and paste new records. Now when I right click the records the copy
and paste functions are disabled. How do I enable them?

Thanks

I can't reproduce your problem using Access 2003.

I copied the structure of an existing table, pasted it with a new name, then
opened the original table highlighted 4 records, right-clicked, did a copy,
then opened the new table, placed the cursor in the first record, on the
Edit menu, did a Paste, and the records were pasted in.

Perhaps if you gave us a bit more detail, someone could make useful
suggestions.

For example: What Access version, what SP level, have you ever been able to
do what you cannot now do in this database with this version of Access, if
so, what changed in your database, in your system between then and now?

I have Windows 2000 and MS Access 2000. I reboot the PC and I still
have the problem. This is an intermittant problem.

Any ideas?
