If it's a VERY simple database, with no code, built in Access 97 or earlier,
MVP Larry Linson would be your go-to guy.

Does this person have to be in the DFW area? Maybe you could work
with me in Minnesota. You could send me the database or I could
connect to the database remotely. We could confer via phone and email
and if necessary, some face-to-face meetings.
