I will be greatfull if any can help me to make a multi column page
layout report in vb code. example : i have 500 idno. in database. i need
to print all idno. 4 column in a page of dbreport.
thanks
Create a detail section with the information you want to print (from your
description, that may be only the idno itself). Make sure it takes less than
1/4 of the width of the page. To make things simple, you can size the report
itself to that width. Then File | Page Setup, find Columns and set to 4 with
appropriate size "gutter width" between them.
It's not clear if you think you can squeeze all 500 into 4 columns on a
single page, but I doubt if you can even with the smallest available fonts
and least line spacing.
