If you're using a JET db (the Access mdb database engine) then there
isn't a "RENAME COLUMN" command (actually, I've never seen it in any
other db's SQL statements). You'll have to create a new column w/ the
same data type, but a different name - copy the original column's data
into the new column - delete the old column.
