Script to Filter and Email Reports

P: n/a
Hi everyone! I'm trying to automate the distribution of a particular
report to different suprevisors through the intranet.

The report generates pages of special attendance sheets; these sheets
are linked specifically to certain supervisors. Each supervisor also
has an associated email address in the database. What I need to do, is
get the database to run the report, filtering for one supervisor at a
time, and emailing the output to the supervsior's listed address.

I can do this manually by opening up the report and selecting File -->
Sent to --> Mail Recipients... and then slugging through a bunch of
dialogue boxes. The result is ideal, since I can format the output as
HTML, which can be read pretty much platform independently. However,
there are almost a hundred supervisors, and this needs to be done every
few weeks. Is there any way of automating this task?
