retrieve word OLE object from a table in access

P: n/a
Hi,

I have stored some word documents as old objects in an access database
and I am trying to retrieve them using vba and then merge them - i am
pretty happy with merging through vba (done when documents are normal
word docuemnts) but can not seem to get vba to recognise the documents
within variables. Please could you supply the code - or snippet -
which can display this?

Many thanks

Steve,
I think you would have to persist them to file in order to merge them.

If you think this can be done another way then please show us the code you
have and we'll have a look at it.
