What issues can I have with an large Access database

Hello.

Could you guys please share with me what problems have you faced if
any? At work we store all our tables in SQL and use Access as the
front end. The access file has many queries (including pass through
queries), forms, reports and modules. We use a lot VBA code and before
we continue adding more objects to the database I wanted to make sure
what you all think? BTW the database has about 60 reports and
sometimes a report takes multiple queries. We will be adding probably
about more 60 reports and plenty more forms.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I have an Access 2000 system containing 300+ queries, 220 forms, over 200
linked tables, 15 reports, and at least 10,000 lines of code (most in
modules - little in forms), and it's been very stable.
Thanks in advance for your help.
