For combo specialists

I have a combo box with the following rowsource

"SELECT UnitCode, UnitDescFR, UnitDescEN FROM tblUnit WITH OWNERACCESS
OPTION;"

By default the columnwidths are

"0;2880;0" so only the second column show (French description).

With a subroutine, I change the columnwidths to get either the second or
third column, depending of a variable on the form_load event so it can
"0;0;2880" to show the English description. In debugging at the end of
loading, the columnwidths are OK being "0;0;2880".

There is no recordsource since it is for chosing parameters of reports.
Bound Column is 1.

If I am in English mode, what I get is weird. The second column shows, but
when I open the combo box, but it shows the content of the third column!
Only the third column should show even if I do not open the combobox.

I use this sub often and it is the only occasion that I have this issue. I
am puzzled. Any idea? TIA.

Every time you change the column widths you have to requery the ComboBox.
