Combo drop down list anomality

aw
Hi all,

I'm hoping that someone else has had this peculiar problem, and better yet,
that the solution is simple enough.

I have a form with a combo box bound to "name" in which the source is a
table with 100 names in it.

For some inexplicable reason, the combo box decided to show only a few of
the names when clicking on the drop down: If I select the name 'Bernice', I
will only see names from 'Adam' to 'Bernice'.

If I type 'Yani' the name will auto-complete fine and after hiting the
enter key I am able to see the entire list, A - Z.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

aw.

In the ComboBox's ListRows property (under the Format tab on the
Properties dialog box) set the value to 100.

Of course you know that this list probably won't fit on the screen. You
know that you can use the slider handle (right-hand side of list) to
move the list up & down.

Also, as a side note, if "name" is the name in which you named this control
you should name it with a new name as name is a reserved name(word) in
Access.
