Retrain Key Fields from prevrious record in new record

P: n/a
Thank you for taking time to read my note!

When users are doing data entry in an equipment inventory table and
after completing a record and they go to then next...new record. I
would like to have the room number, and site information copied from
the previous record to speed up the process.

Is there any easy way to do this?

Entering directly to a table? That's I gather from your note.

If this is direct-table entry (i.e., like doing a spreadsheet) then
the quickest copy you can get is using [Ctrl]+apostrophe (the single
quote character) will copy the same field from the prior record to the
new record.
