Cannot update simple MSSQL join view in A2000, but ok in A2003

In an A2000 ADP I cannot edit data in an MS-SQL2000 view that has a
simple JOIN in it. However I can edit the data in the same view if I
open it in A2003 or SQL Query Analyser/etc.

I understand A2000 was developed for SQL7? Is there any way to get
around this behaviour?

Don't know if you found an answer to your problem. You probably did
since it was some time ago. I just solved a similar problem by using
"WITH VIEW_METADATA" as explained in the attached article. Hope this
helps.
