If a copy of Access will be installed on each user's machine, then you can
use COM Automation to execute the Access Reports from within Access. Of
course, if that were the case, _I_ would create the application's user
interface in Access and there wouldn't have been any problem.
If you haven't already invested a great deal of time and effort in the VB
user interface, perhaps you might find my article comparing classic VB and
Access as a database front end interesting -- it's available at
http://appdevissues.tripod.com/downloads.htm.
As far as I know, there is nothing anywhere that can _exactly duplicate_
Access Reports. Crystal Reports is a reporting tool that is often used with
"classic VB" -- I have never used it but have seen some impressive work done
with it in environments where Access Reports were not an option. (NOTE: the
author of this impressive work told me that if Access Reports had been
available, he'd have used them in preference to Crystal.)

Hi.
Currently i have database MS Access. In the database there are some
Reports already designed. i am developing interface in VB and linking to
MS Access database.
My Problem is to access/Link the Reports made in MS Access. So that
i just click on the button in VB interface and its Open the report from
MS Access.
Is there any pssible solution to this problem. If there is no way
to link or call the report from VB then can any1 guide/tell me the Best
