How do i set up a query?

P: n/a
People,

im only new to learning Microsoft Access and have a question that i need
answered if possible.

I have set up a database for my local sports club and want to design a form
(or something similar) so that i am able to run a query and then get a list
of people who fit that query brought up in one go. At the moment i can sort
of do it but am only able to view the names and people for this query one at
a time, but im wanting it so a large number or the names appear at the same
time - whether it be through the form (or similar) or on a spreadsheet that
im able to print out with that names of the people and the query that im
after.

Hope that you are able to understand this question.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Matt

Hi Sheehy,

It is pretty easy to do that. I will tell you one way I do it. I have a
table with Users. I created a query where I selected all users: Select *
from tblUsers;
I saved the query as qrySelectAll
Then I go and I create a new form, using the wizard. I select my query as a
source I select all the fields.
After that (here is the trick) I select a tabular view. That will show all
the results of the query in continous mode
