Acc 97 .Bookmark Property

Hi All

Plasee could someone explain how the bookmark property works, is it
assoiated with the table our the form..

I have asubform displaying in contiuous view and and sometimes I would like
the subform to show the last record entered plus the maximum previous I can
fit on the screen and sometimes I want the record selector to point at the
same record I modified.

for instance I want t o right click on a record and run a routine that
updates data but after the requery I want the current record to be the one I
just modified,but somtimes I just want
the subform to show the max amount possible ending with the last record
entered

Please exuse my spelling/grammer
