Items included in one list but not in the other

Joe
I have two lists. They both identical, but the second one is shorter
(has less rows).
I want to create a third list that will not include any of the rows
that the second list has.

(let's say that list one has 200 rows, list two had 50 rows, then list
three will have 150).

Hopefully each list has a unique identifier for each row. Then you
might create a query like this:
select * from table2 where MyUniqueField not in (select MyUniqueField
from table1)
