How Do I Transfer Data From One Table To Another

P: n/a
Can someone help me? I use Access 97 and I have no idea how to do the
following:

I have one table called tblWorkDescriptions. Each work description has
fields Priority, WorkDescription, UnitPrice, UnitOfMeasure, and
UnitPrice. The table is filled with data.

My tblClients has identical fields and more. I am looking for a way to
click a button that would save the record and import all of the data
from the tblWorkDescriptions into the client record fields for
modification.

Thanks in advance.

Mike,

Why don't you use an Append Query and Append from your first table to the
second table?
