report not showing all data?

P: n/a
I have a report i put together for a database, and after making some
changes (none of which i thouhgt were too significant) the report only
seems to show the first part of the data. after about the 3rd page, it
will start showing the default values in fields that have it and
everything else is just blank. i have tried a few times to be sure,
and this is happening everytime i run the report. (it was working fine
before the changes were made, just took some things out that werent
needed in the database anymore)

any idea to what is happening would be much appreciated.

i also thought i should mention that the report is also running an
extra page at the end (blank, just the header/footer), which is odd
because it never did this before with more content on it.

thanks in advance!

apparently they were significant. check the code in the report and the
queries, sort table of report.
may need to do some legwork if it can't be effectively posted here.

ok, it looks like the inserting a picture functions would save the
record while processing, when i took that out, it didnt save at the
end, just half way through. added 'save record' to macro before
opening report and it works fine again. thanks for the help!
