Your best bet would be to use a subform and insert it into your main form.
You can use your frmRevisionHistory. Make sure its Default View of your
main form is Sing Form. Open your main form in design view. and move it to
the side so the you can see the Object window. Select and drag the
frmRevisionHistory to the detail section of your Main form. Open the
properties window and ensure the Link Master and Child fields are set to the
PK & FK of your tables. Now when you select a record on the main form the
records with matching FK in your subform will be displayed. When you add a
record to the subform it will automatically set the FK = to the PK of the
record you are on in the main form. No extra work needed on your part.
Hope it helps. Lookup "Subforms: What they are and how they work" in the
help file. Explains it better then I can.

Whenever a record is modified on frmMain, I want the
Event(AfterUpdate) to ADD a new record to frmRevisionHistory and goto
this form. I also need to Set the FK_ID field of frmRevisionHistory
to the PK_Fee of frmMain.
I know how to do this easily in FileMaker, but not Access.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
amy
