I posted a "thank you" for the reply you made to my question re Text
fields etc. but it never appeared......

I tinkered with your suggested code and finally got the result I wanted.
Thanks for setting me on the correct path as I wasted a lot of time
messing around with "For each.....which kept resulting in error messages
(3251)
