Form error

P: n/a
Whenever I first try to enter data into my form, it prompts me with
this following error: "The field is too small to accept the amount of
data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data." But
it will still let me enter my data, but it always comes up for every
new record I try to enter. The field I am entering it to is a date
field. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this distraction? Thanks

Open up the form and get to the Code window. If you have code, do a
search and replace and change all
On Error
to
'On Error
This way when the program bombs you can get into debug mode

Also, check the table properties. A record can have 2000 characters
excluding memos and Ole objects.

Go to the form's data tab, select the triple dot in the Recordsource
row, and open it. Can you go to a new record w/o the error?
