PLEASE HELP!- Linking multiple forms to ONE record

P: n/a
Can someone please help me with the following:

I have different forms that are all linked together however when I
enter data into each, each form shows up as a seperate record. I want
them all to show up as one record.

I have also tried putting all the forms as subforms onto one main
form. This works for all the data being entered as one record but they
all appear on the screen at the same time. I have tried doing a page
break but that doesn't seem to work.

I am in desperate need of help!
